19 Knee lever play
Requirement
When the presser foot is resting on the needle plate, there must be a clearance of
1.3 mm between lifting lever 3 and lifting piece 4.
● Position the needle at its b.d.c. and let the presser foot down on the needle plate.
● Turn crank 1 (screws 2) according to the requirement. Make sure the vertical knee lever
shaft has no end play.
