Requirements:
A correct interlacing of the needle and bobbin thread tension must be obtained, when the thread tension dial is
set at "4", at straight stitching and zig-zag when sewing in cotton fabric with a polyester thread #50 (E).
Adjustment of needle thread tension
Check
• Set the thread tension dial at “4” and sew a zig-zag stich.
Adjustment
• Remove the face cover and Front cover
• Set the thread tension dial at “4”.
• Sew a zig-zag stich and turn the adjusting dial (C) in the direction of:
A if tension is too tight.
B if tension is too loose.
• Attach front cover and the face cover .
