  If your Phase Technology Media Converter has no power, it could be due to an incoming circuit breaker continually tripping, which may require IGBT troubleshooting. Alternatively, blown fuses could be the cause. Refer to page 35 for instructions on replacing fuses. Note that if the fuses are blown, you might also need to replace the filter capacitors and/or the power board if the MOVs are damaged.

  LED lights flickering or electrical noise issues with your Phase Technology Media Converter can be caused by electromagnetic interference. To resolve this, first ensure that the problem stops when the Phase Technology unit is powered off, and check the grounding. If using multiple LED lights, try installing an incandescent light in the circuit, as LED lighting can be prone to noise. You might also consider installing an EMI filter on the phase converter input.
