For 240V and voltage doubling PTE models (PTE0XX and PTE2XX), disconnect wires
from JL2 and use a multi-meter to measure between JL1 and JL2, then measure between
JL2 and JL3B. If either capacitance measured is below the 50% Capacitance value in
Table 26, contact Phase Technologies for replacement.
