2.1.8 Variants
The PAS 280 aerial system can support different configurations as described below.
2.1.8.1 iXM-RS 150F Achromatic 50mm RS Camera
In addition to the iXM-RS 280F camera, you can also install the iXM-RS 150F achromatic camera to provide
NIR data in the spectral range of 720nm-1000nm.
The iXM-RS 150F achromatic camera is filtered at 720nm to provide NIR data in the spectral range of
720nm-1000nm. Post processing this data in combination with the iXM-RS 280F RGB data allows output
imagery in IRG, RGBi or NDVI CIR format at a pan sharpened ration of 1:1.8.

2.1.8.2 SOMAG GSM 4000 Stabilizer
You may install the System Frame into a GSM 4000 stabilizer (76013500) instead of the regular DSM 400
stabilizer.
The SOMAG GSM 4000 Stabilizer is a hydraulic gimbal system containing four cylinders and two servo
pumps.
Note
The SOMAG GSM 4000 stabilizer requires installation of an adapter plate that is ordered
separately (111721-060-03/01).
When using the SOMAG GSM 4000, use the POS AV to GSM 4000 stabilizer com cable
(P/N 75088000) instead of the POS AV to iX Controller and DSM 400 stabilizer com
cable (P/N 75014000).
