Why is my Phcbi Refrigerator not cold enough?

  If your Phcbi refrigerator or freezer isn't getting cold enough, several factors could be the cause. Check if the door is frequently opened, if the unit is in direct sunlight or near a heat source, or if ventilation around the unit is blocked. Ensure the ambient temperature is within the allowable range of -5 oC and 30 oC. Avoid storing too many items or blocking the air exhaust vent. Make sure the access port is covered with insulation and rubber caps when not in use. Inspect the door gasket for damage or foreign substances; if damaged, contact a sales representative or agent for replacement.
