If your Phcbi Refrigerator's chamber isn't getting cold enough, several factors could be the cause. Start by reducing the amount of items inside, especially if you've recently added a large amount or warm products. Ensure you minimize how often the door is opened and that the chamber temperature isn't set too high. Check that the unit isn't in direct sunlight and is installed according to the operating instructions, with proper ventilation and no nearby heat sources. Also, ensure the ambient temperature is between -5 oC and +35 oC. Make sure the air exhaust vent is clear, the access port is covered with insulation and rubber caps, and there are no foreign substances between the door gaskets. If the door seal is damaged, contact your sales representative or agent for replacement.
