11. Spare parts
11.1 General
Service
policy
Repair of that CCS 800 units is based on replacement of complete assemblies. Only a selection of components are
available as spare parts.
Complaints
The Philips Service organizations are requested to report defective modules and quality matters according the CSS
complaint procedure to the Supply Centre.
11.1.1 Ordering spare parts/ Service publications
Spare parts and/ or Service publications can be ordered with there unique Service code number through the local Philips
representative.
Contact the local Philips representative in case of questions/ remarks about e.g. availability, ordering/ supply procedures,
prices, complaints, replacements, e.t.c.
11.2 Spare parts list
The parts printed in small italic letters are no spare parts. These are for identification purposes.
