Listening to an external source
You can listen to the sound of the conntected
external device through your FWD397.
1 Connect the audio out terminals of the external
equipment (TV, VCR, Laser Disc player, DVD
player or CD Recorder) to the AUX IN
terminals of your system.
2 Press AUX/MP3 LINK once or twice on the
system (or on the remote control) to select
AUX or MP3 LINK.
3 To avoid noise distor tion, turn down the volume
on your external device.
4 Press the PLAY key on the connected device to
start playback.
5 To adjust the sound and volume , use the sound
controls on your external device and the
FWD397.
Notes:
You are advised not to listen to and record from
the same source simultaneously.
All navigation sound control features are
available.
