FROTHING MILK AND PREPARING A CAPPUCCINO
Frothing milk

Fill 1/3 of a container with cold milk.
Note:
When preparing your cappuccino, use cold (~5°C / 41°F) milk with a protein
content of at least 3% to ensure optimum results. Whole milk, skimmed
milk, soy milk or lactose-free milk may be used depending on individual
taste.
Note:
When you plan to froth milk right after turning on the machine or after
brewing a co ee, any water still in the circuit may need to be dispensed
rst.
To do this, press the
button to dispense steam for a few seconds. Then
press the
button to stop dispensing and go to step 2.

Before frothing milk, make sure that the machine is ready for use and
that the water tank is  lled.
Warning:
Danger of burning! Dispensing may be preceded by small jets of hot
water. When steam is used, the steam wand and the chrome-plated
cover may reach high temperatures. Never touch them with bare
hands. The Automatic Milk Frother must be handled only as described
in the picture.
