Select automatic loudness
control
The loudness feature enables the system to
increase the treble and bass sound effect at low
volume automatically (the higher the volume,
the lower the treble and bass increase).
1 During play, press LOUDNESS to turn
on/off automatic loudness control.
Mute sound

During play, press to mute/unmute
sound.
Listen through headphone
1
Plug a headphone into the socket on
the audio system.

Note
You cannot use the DSC, bass/treble and Loudness
features at the same time.

Adjust volume level

During play, press VOL + / - to increase/
decrease the volume level.
Select a preset sound effect
1
During play, press DSC on the front panel
repeatedly to select:
[ROCK] (rock)
[JAZZ] (jazz)
[POP] (pop)
[CLASSIC] (classic)
[FLAT] (fl at).
Enhance bass
1
During play, press BASS to turn on/off bass
enhancement.
Enhance treble
1
During play, press TREBLE to turn on/off
treble enhancement.
