Shutter Assembly Replacement
Parts:
ASSEMBLY, SHUTTER (21.9663.1300) (Old Version) or
ASSEMBLY, SHUTTER 6 ROLLERS (21.9663.1350) (New Version)
Tools:
#2 Phillips long handle screwdriver+
To remove and replace shutter assembly:
Step 1. Disconnect luminaire AC input cable from power source.
CAUTION: The rear assembly is heavy and will remain attached by lamp wires.
Place luminaire on tech bench before removing rear assembly.
Step 2. Remove front cover, rear head assembly and gobo wheel bulkhead. Refer to
“Gobo Wheel Bulkhead Replacement” on page 32.
Step 3. Remove yoke leg cover (side with menu display) by removing two 6-32x1/2"
PPB screws and two 6-32x3/8" PPB screws (Figure 2-14).
