Helmet Anti-theft Device (01_26, 01_27)
Turn the key in anticlockwise direction and at the same time pulling out the retaining
hook as far as it will go.
Insert the strap of the helmet inside the hook, then push the hook back inside the front
rail of the luggage rack in order to avoid preventing starting.
CAUTION
IN ORDER TO AVOID ENDANGERING THE STABILITY WHEN RIDING, DO NOT
RIDE THE SCOOTER WITH THE HELMET INSERTED INTO THE ANTITHEFT DE-
VICE.
N.B.
IN ORDER TO SIMPLIFY OPERATION WHILE INSERTING THE HOOK INTO THE
RAIL, IT MAY BE NECESSARY - AS WHEN OPENING - TO TURN THE KEY IN
ANTICLOCKWISE DIRECTION.
N.B.
THE SCOOTER IS EQUIPPED WITH A WATERPROOF BAG TO COVER THE
HELMET WHEN IT IS FASTENED TO THE ANTITHEFT DEVICE TO BE USED IN
THE EVENT OF RAIN.
