Activating Start.Select allows you to specify the gear that is
automatically engaged when stopping. This enables energy-
saving start-up.

As you roll along, Pre.Select automatically shifts to the gear
that matches your speed. For example, to always be in the right
gear on winding trail sections, even without pedalling and
manual shifting. When stopping, Pre.Select takes the gear
specified here into account. Enter your target cadence
(pedalling frequency) here.
