  If the power supply of your Pioneer Receiver does not enter and the standby LED remains lit even when the power button is pressed, possible causes include: the microcomputer not being reset (confirm whether terminal RESET (11Pin) is "H" or check the RESET circuit), the AC pulse not being input (confirm whether the AC pulse is input to AC input terminal (26Pin) or check the AC pulse generation circuit), or the oscillation circuit of the microcomputer not oscillating (exchange the microcomputer or the oscillation circuit).

Check the communication operation of terminal (27Pin, 83Pin, 98-100Pin). Also, verify that the B to B connector etc. are not disconnected and that "H" is output to terminal DVDRESET (87Pin).
