13 Trouble shooting
13.1 Display shows strange characters
Battery is below minimal operating voltage
Recharge the battery.
Display is dead

Press enter
Press Up
Press down
wait five seconds

The thermometer starts up
(2) Connect charger
The unit will switch on, if not press
13.2 Communication via USB gives problems
Baud rate incorrectly
Use 57.600 for Tamcom
13.3 Can't load data in Tamcom
Check whether other COM-port is active
Check whether Tamcom is started two times. Multiple
versions can be started. Use Alt-Tab to switch between open
programs.
