Fuel Valve
The fuel valve (1) is located on the left side
panel. It has three positions:
OFF: For vehicle storage and when transporting.
ON: For normal operation.
RES: For reserve supply if main supply is
exhausted.
There’s about a 7 to 10 mile (11. 2 to 16 km)
range on the reserve supply. Always refill
the gas tank as soon as possible after using
the main s upply. Always return the valve
to the ON position after refueling.
Fuel Tank
The fuel tank filler cap (2) is located directly
below the handlebar. Use either leaded or
unleaded gasoline with a minimum pump
octane number of 87=(R+ M/2).
