REAR AXLE
REMOVAL/DISASSEMBL

1. Securely support rear of machine with rear wheels
off the floor. Remove rear wheels and hubs.
2. Remove the brake caliper bolts and remove the
brake caliper.
3. Remove the master link from the drive chain.
Remove the drive chain.
4. Loosen the hex screw (A) to loosen the axle nut.
Turn the axle nut (D) counter clockwise with a 1
3/4” Wrench (PN 2870772) until the retaining ring
is visible for removal.

5. Remove retaining ring (B) from next to the axle nut.
