1.4 Design and theory of operation
1.4.1 The dosimeter comprises the following main blocks and modules:
- radiation detector;
- microprocessor;
- LCD;
- IR-transceiver;
- non-volatile memory.
The block diagram of the dosimeter is shown in Figure 1.1.
