12.0- CHANGE OWNER OR REPORT A STOLEN
Report your e-bike stolen or change the owner on www.poliniebike.
com “customer service” section (only if the motor has been registered
previously, see previous paragraph). Once you enter “change the owner”
or “report a stolen” areas, follow the instructions. Insert the motor serial
number which is in the lower side of the motor case (for the models with
skid plate installs, remove it). To report a stolen it is necessary to attach
the PDF file copy of the complaint.
