Connect headset to computer or mobile device via USB-A/USB-C or 3.5mm connector.
Download Plantronics Hub for Windows/Mac to manage settings and enable call control for softphones.
Lengthen or shorten the band for comfortable fit, ensuring cushions cover the center of your ears.
Rotate the boom to align with your mouth. Can be worn on left or right side. Caution: only rotate up to 180°.
Gently bend the boom in or out to be approximately two finger widths from the corner of your mouth.
Use headset button or softphone to answer, end, redial, or hold calls. Call control depends on softphone compatibility.
Adjust listening volume using the up/down buttons. Adjust headset microphone volume via softphone settings.
Briefly press the mute button on the inline controller to mute/unmute the microphone during a call.
Addresses common headset issues like noise, no audio, muffled audio, distorted sound, echo, and non-functional controls.
