Phone Features
Graphic Display - Shows name, date,
status and me.
Dial Pad - These 12 buons provide the
10 digits, the 26 alphabec characters,
and special characters available in con-
text-sensive applicaons.
Status Indicator - Indicates your current
status. You are not able to change your
status on this phone. It is automacally
set based on your Lync so phone status.
Redial Buon - Dials last number called.
Hold Buon - Holds an acve call or re-
sumes a held call. You can also use the
Hold buon to clear a phone number
that you have entered before you have
completed the call or to toggle between
two acve calls.
Delete Buon - Backspace delete buon
or send a call to voice mail.
Call Control Features
Speakerphone Buon - Allows for hands-
free communicaon during calls.
Headset Buon - Allows you to place and
receive calls through a connected head-
set (oponal accessory).
Microphone Mute Buon - Mutes local
microphone during calls so that others
cannot hear you.
Volume Buon - Controls the volume.
