Taper Tension Controller
PR-DTC-3000type does not contain short-term consumables, but regular checks in accordance with the
followings are highly recommended.
1) Has the inner temperature excessively risen due to the exposure to an exothermic body or direct sunlight?
2) Are any foreign or conductive objects inside the unit?
3) Has any wiring or terminal loosened, or any other trouble occurred?

Power short-circuit
Controller does not work.

Check whether the power voltage
is set at 22~26V and ensure proper
wiring.
*
Check whether the power voltage
is set at AC100~240V and ensure
proper wiring.
*
The fuse may have blown due to foreign objects or abnormal load. Please
contact Pora.
The control output is
not produced despite
adjustment of dial in
manual mode.
*
Check whether the starting voltage setup is activated.
*
In the case no control output is generated when the [OUT Button] at the
front part is operated, check whether the connection with the load is proper
or not (whether there is no short circuit or not).
*
In the case the load has a short circuit, remove the cause and turn off the
power for several minutes before turning it on again.
Malfunctioning in
the automatic mode
No sufficient control output
is not produced in
automatic mode.
*
If the 'COUNT' and 'variable voltage' setups are not appropriate, sufficient
output cannot be obtained.
No appropriate control
output can be attained
in response to diameter
change.
*
Check the pulse lamp of the roller to ensure the diameter pulse is being
input.
*
You should check whether the NPN or PNP type setup is correct.
*
Check whether the RPM and variable voltage setups are appropriate.
