Dynamic log intervals allow the rate that transmit and wake-ups occur to change depending on a single
threshold. Only threshold number 1 is used from either the high threshold set or the low threshold set. When
this threshold is triggered, the values for ‘new transmit interval’ and ‘new wakeup interval’ will be used instead.
