A filter ball valve (b) is located at the end of the lance to minimize liquid dripping through the
nozzle with the control valve closed. The mesh size of the filter mesh is 0.35mm. If it is necessary to
replace the filter, only use an original filter with the same mesh size.
WORKING WITH A SPRAYER
When working with the sprayer, follow the safety rules given in this operator's manual and the
guidelines below. The sprayer must not be used in windy weather and in rain. This will prevent the
used agents from spreading to other areas and from being washed away into the ground. Before
spraying, refer to the current weather forecast for the area. In general, we recommend spraying
early in the morning or afternoon as windless weather most often occurs. Never spray near open
windows, doors, cars, children, pets, or anything that may be damaged by chemicals. Be especially
careful when spraying. Make sure that you spray only in the area designated for that purpose.
Place the sprayer ready for work on your back, properly adjust the harness and waist
belt.
Holding the control handle with the valve by hand, set
the valve to the closed position (do not press the valve
lever).
Select the pump switch (I or
II). The selected spray pressure will be achieved with the valve closed and the pump will
stop. The pump will automatically turn on when the pressure drops while spraying. This
method of operation of the pump ensures maximum use of the battery capacity.
Press the valve lever (a) and start spraying.
To set continuous spraying, after pressing the valve lever (a) lock it in this position by moving
the red lock (b) as indicated by the arrow, then release the valve lever. To change the setting,
press the valve lever again and move the red lock towards the lance.
