Long Term Storage
Long term storage of your machine will re-
quire some preventive procedures to guard
against deterioration.
Drain the fuel
1. Turn the 3-in-1 switch to “OFF”.
2. Remove the fuel tank cap. Extract the fuel
tank into an approved gasoline container
using a commercially available hand
siphon. Then, install the fuel tank cap.
Immediately wipe off spilled fuel with a
clean, dry, soft cloth, since fuel may
deteriorate painted surfaces or plastic parts.
3. Turn the 3-in-1 switch to “ON”.
4. Turn the fuel tank cap
air vent knob and Fuel
Tap knob to “ON”.
5. Start the engine and
let it run until it stops.
Duration of the running engine depends on
the amount of the fuel left in the tank.
CAUTION:
Immediately wipe off any spilled fuel
with a clean, dry, soft cloth as fuel may
deteriorate painted surfaces or plastic
parts.
