5. Position the two lower handrail boots so that the lip on
each boot faces outward. Slide the boots down onto the
rear crossbar.
6. Position the end caps so that they cover the ends of the
rear crossbar and the lips on the lower handrail boots.
Attach the end caps using two socket head cap screws
and a ⁵₃₂-inch hex key. Tighten the fasteners completely.
Important: The lip of each lower handrail boot should fit
beneath the end cap.
