Checking
the
Alignment
of
the
Running

The
belt
is
aligned
at
the
factory
before
shipment.
However,
during
shipment
or
by
using
the
treadmill
on
an
uneven
surface,
the
belt
might
move
off
center.
Proper
belt
alignment
is
important
because
it
allows
the
belt
to
remain
centered
and
assures
smooth
operation.
To
check
the
alignment
of
the
running
belt,
take
the
following
steps:
1.
Insert
the
magnetic
safety
key

the

on
the
electronic
console
labeled

the
front
of
the
treadmill
and
turn
ON
the
treadmill.
2.
Stand
beside
the
treadmill
and
press
the
QUICK
START
key.
The
MANUAL
mode
course
appears
in
the
display.
Continue
standing
next
to
the
treadmill
and
press
the
SPEED

key
and
maintain
the

at
a
speed
of
2

(3

3.
Walk
to
the
back
of
