2 While holding the cable in place, pull the pop pin handle on the arm assembly,
rotate fully to the last pin placement, and release the handle. This exposes the
hole where the cable will connect (see dashed arrow).
3 2 retaining rings, 8 mm
2 shafts, 8 mm x 17 mm
Tool: Pliers
Lay cable into pulley channel. Slide the cable end over the hole and secure.
Repeat for other cable and left arm assembly .
4 Tools: Hex wrench, 8 mm
Hex wrench, 4 mm
To route the cable around the lower pulley on the weight stack tower, remove
the cable retainer. Route the cable around the pulley and then replace the
cable retainer.
5 Tools: Hex wrench, 8 mm
Open-end wrench, 19 mm
Torque wrench
To route the cable to the upper pulleys of weight stack tower, remove the cable
retainers, route the cables, and replace the retainers. Tighten to 50 ft-lb (67
N-m) of torque.
