Set up
1. Select an appropriate weight.
2. Sit, grasp the handles, and pull the pads until they
rest on your shoulders.
Exercise
l Curl down in a slow, controlled motion.
l Pause at full contraction.
l Slowly return to the start position.
Training Tips
l Use your arms only to stabilize the pads on
your shoulders.

Set up
1. Select an appropriate weight.
2. Adjust the seat height so your upper arms rest flat
on the pad.
3. Align your elbows with the pivot.
4. Set the movement arm to the desired start pos-
ition.
Exercise (Biceps Curl)
l Grasp both handles.
l Curl your arms in a slow, controlled motion.
l Pause at full contraction.
l Slowly return to the start position.
Exercise (Triceps Extension)
l Grasp both handles.
l Extend your arms in a slow, controlled motion.
l Pause at full extension.
l Slowly return to the start position.
Training Tips
l Keep your upper arms flat on the pad.
l Lengthen your pause time at full contraction or
extension.
