How to reset Prescitech X12 to factory settings?
Troubleshooting
1) Using a reset pin come with package to press and
hold the Factory Reset button on the extender at least
three seconds untill Power Leds lights blue.
2) Release the Factory Reset button and wait for the ex-
tender to reboot. The extender resets and returns to the
factory default settings.
I am connected to Prescitech X12_2.4G_EXT or
Prescitech X12_5G_EXT and launched a browser,
but I cannot log in the Setup Page/Web Management
Page?
Make sure that your computer is set up to use DHCP
(most are). Relaunch the web browser and type
http://extenderlogin.com or http://192.168.19.252/ in the
address field. Type your user name and password and
click the LOG IN button.
Reset the extender to factory setting.
The extender is probably placed at the borderline of the
range covered by the router or access point.
1) Unplug the extender and move it to a new location
that is about halfway between your router and the area
with a poor router WiFi signal.
What can I do if my device keep disconnecting from
extender?
