1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
½ cup water
1 cup chopped onion
Add steak, tomato sauce, water, onion, green pepper, celery, salt, and pepper to cooker. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator
on vent pipe and cook 18 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Cool cooker at once. Thicken sauce, if desired.

SPAGHETTI MEAT SAUCE
1 pound lean ground beef
1 can (14 to 15 ounces) diced
tomatoes
½ cup water
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup diced green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons sugar
Brown beef over medium heat. Stir in tomatoes, water, onion, celery, green pepper, garlic, sugar, salt, parsley, oregano, basil, thyme,
red pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 8 minutes with pressure
regulator rocking slowly. Cool cooker at once. Stir in tomato paste and simmer, uncovered, to desired thickness. Serve sauce over
spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
