Attach Front Stabiliser (2) and Rear Stabiliser (6) using specified bolts and locknuts.
Connect wire harnesses, attach Upright (13) to Frame, and secure Handlebar (15).
Install batteries in Console (16), connect wires, attach Console to Upright, and secure Seat (12).
Hold handgrips with metal contacts to measure heart rate; avoid moving hands.
Adjust Reed Switch (43) by moving it closer/further from Magnet (38) to fix feedback issues.
Use heart rate chart to find training zones for fat burning, maximum fat burning, and aerobic exercise.
