What to do if my Pro-Form CrossWalk GTS power turns off during use?

  If your Pro-Form Treadmill shuts off during use, first check the on/off circuit breaker located on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If it has tripped, wait five minutes, then press the switch back in. Also, ensure the power cord is securely plugged in; if it is, unplug it, wait five minutes, and plug it back in. Finally, remove and fully reinsert the key into the console.

How to fix Pro-Form Treadmill when the power does not turn on?

  If your Pro-Form Treadmill isn't turning on, ensure the power cord is plugged into a surge suppressor and that the surge suppressor is plugged into a properly grounded outlet. Also, check that the key is fully inserted into the console. Finally, inspect the on/off circuit breaker on the treadmill frame near the power cord; if the switch protrudes, wait five minutes, then press it back in.

What to do if Pro-Form Treadmill walking belt is off-center or slips?

  If the walking belt on your Pro-Form Treadmill is off-center, remove the key and unplug the power cord, then adjust the roller bolt as necessary. If the walking belt slips when walked on, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Then, use the allen wrench to turn both rear roller bolts clockwise, 1/4 of a turn.

  If the displays of the console on your Pro-Form Treadmill are not functioning properly, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Carefully remove the hood and locate the Reed Switch and the Magnet. Adjust as necessary.

  If the walking belt on your Pro-Form Treadmill slows when walked on and the walking belt is overtightened, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Using the allen wrench, turn both rear roller adjustment bolts counterclockwise, 1/4 of a turn.
