Why Pro-Form Crosswalk 415 power turns off during use?
    • A
      Alexis DeanJul 30, 2025
If your Pro-Form Treadmill turns off during use, there could be a few reasons. First, check the reset/off circuit breaker and if it has tripped, wait five minutes before pressing it back in. Also, ensure the power cord is securely plugged in; if it is, unplug it, wait five minutes, and plug it back in. Another thing to try is removing and reinserting the key from the console. If the treadmill still won't run after these steps, please see the front cover of this manual.

How to fix Pro-Form Crosswalk 415 walking belt off-center or slips?
    • S
      samantha66Aug 4, 2025
If the walking belt on your Pro-Form Treadmill is off-center or slips, first remove the key and unplug the power cord. For an off-center belt, if it has shifted left, turn the left rear roller bolt clockwise 1/2 turn; if it's shifted right, turn the bolt counterclockwise 1/2 turn. If the belt slips, turn both rear roller bolts clockwise 1/4 turn. Ensure the belt isn't too tight—you should be able to lift each side 2-3 inches. Plug in the power cord, insert the key, and test for a few minutes. Repeat adjustments until corrected, being careful to keep the walking belt centered.

How to fix Pro-Form Crosswalk 415 power does not turn on?
    • T
      Tracy JensenAug 8, 2025
If your Pro-Form Treadmill power does not turn on, first ensure the power cord is plugged into a surge suppressor, and that the surge suppressor is plugged into a grounded outlet. Use a single-outlet surge suppressor meeting the specifications on page 11. Note: the treadmill isn't compatible with GFCI outlets. Also, make sure the key is inserted into the console after plugging in the cord. Finally, check the reset/off circuit breaker on the frame near the power cord; if it protrudes, wait five minutes, then press it back in to reset it.

How to stop Pro-Form Crosswalk 415 crosswalk arms squeaking?
    • M
      michaelcolemanAug 13, 2025
To stop the crosswalk arms from squeaking on your Pro-Form Treadmill, you'll need a small amount of white marine grease. Turn the Resistance Cone (B) counterclockwise to remove it. Then, remove the Resistance Plate (C), Washers (D), Spring Washer (E), Thrust Washers (F), and Thrust Bearing (G). Apply a thin layer of white marine grease to the outer surface of the Resistance Cone (B) and reattach all parts in the order shown.

What to do if Pro-Form Crosswalk 415 Treadmill walking belt slows when walked on?
    • K
      Kenneth OliverAug 17, 2025
If the walking belt on your Pro-Form Treadmill slows down when you walk on it, ensure you are using a single-outlet surge suppressor that meets the specifications described on page 11. Also, check if the walking belt is overtightened. To correct this, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Use the hex key to turn both rear roller bolts counterclockwise 1/4 of a turn. The walking belt should be tightened enough to lift each side 2 to 3 inches off the platform. Plug the cord back in, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until properly tightened. If the issue persists, see the front cover of this manual.

    • W
      wolfeangelaAug 20, 2025
To recalibrate the incline on your Pro-Form Treadmill, insert the key into the console, then press one of the Incline buttons. While the incline is changing, remove the key. After a few seconds, re-insert the key. The treadmill should automatically rise to the maximum incline and then return to the minimum level, which recalibrates the incline system.

Why Pro-Form Crosswalk 415 Treadmill console displays remain lit after removing the key?
    • D
      daniellemedinaAug 26, 2025
If the console displays on your Pro-Form Treadmill remain lit after removing the key, the demo mode is likely turned on. This mode is designed for store displays. To turn it off, hold down the Stop button for a few seconds. If the displays are still lit, see THE INFORMATION MODE on page 16 to turn off the demo mode.
