How to fix Pro-Form Treadmill if the power does not turn on?
    • J
      John AdkinsAug 10, 2025
If your Pro-Form Treadmill's power isn't turning on, ensure the power cord is connected to a surge suppressor, which is then plugged into a grounded outlet. If you're using an AFCI-equipped outlet and the circuit breaker trips repeatedly, consider purchasing an arc filter. Also, verify that the key is properly inserted into the console. If the switch has tripped, wait five minutes before resetting it. Finally, if you haven't activated the console, refer to assembly step 18.

What to do if Pro-Form Treadmill walking belt is off-center?
    • M
      miguelgreenAug 16, 2025
If the walking belt on your Pro-Form Treadmill is off-center, use the hex key to adjust the left idler roller screw. Turn it clockwise if the belt has shifted left, or counterclockwise if it's shifted right, doing so by 1/2 of a turn. If the belt is overtightened, turn both idler roller screws counterclockwise 1/4 of a turn, being cautious not to overtighten it. After adjustments, plug in the power cord, insert the key, and walk on the treadmill for a few minutes to see if the belt centers itself; repeat if necessary.

What to do if Pro-Form Treadmill incline does not change correctly?
    • M
      Melissa BrockAug 22, 2025
To fix the incline on your Pro-Form Treadmill, hold down the Stop button, insert the key into the console, and then release the Stop button. If this doesn't work, press the Stop button, then press either the Incline increase or decrease button. The treadmill should rise to its maximum incline and then return to the minimum, recalibrating the incline system. If it doesn’t start calibrating, press the Stop button again, and then press the Incline increase or decrease button again.
