  If your Profitec Coffee Maker is switched on but not working, there could be a few reasons. If the PID-display is turned off, there might not be enough water in the fresh water tank; refill the water. If the PID-display is off even after refilling water, the floater might not be in the correct position; switch the machine off and on, and ensure the floater in the water tank is correctly positioned (the side of the floater with the magnet point must face towards the inside of the machine, and the floater itself must be inserted with the magnet point on the lower part of the floater side). Also, the water tank might not be situated properly; situate the water tank properly.
