Why is there little or no crema on my Profitec PRO 400 Coffee Maker?

  If your Profitec Coffee Maker produces little or no crema, several factors could be the cause: * The grind may not be fine enough. Try using a finer grind and tamping the ground coffee more firmly. You might also need to reduce the brewing pressure. * The coffee might be too old. Always use fresh coffee for the best results. * There might be too much chlorine in your water. Consider using a chlorine filter. * You may not be using enough ground coffee. Use approximately 8-10 g of coffee for each cup. * The shower screen could be dirty. Clean the brew group.
