Why is there little or no crema on my Profitec Coffee Maker?

If you observe little or no crema, several factors could be the cause. It might be due to the coffee grind being not fine enough, which you can solve by using a finer grind, tamping the ground coffee more firmly, and reducing the brewing pressure. Another reason could be that the coffee is too old, so ensure you're using fresh coffee.
