Begin in a push-up position on hands and toes, with hands slightly wider than
shoulder distance. The ends of the band should be under each hand, with the
band across your upper back.
Maintain a neutral spine throughout the exercise and keep core engaged.
Bend your arms to lower your chest to the oor, then press back up to the starting
position.
Repeat.
