From the same position as the Chest and Back opener, extend arms directly
behind your head.
Place hands on the oor and bend elbows as you arch back as far as you
comfortably can
Roll forward, bending knees and extending arms so just your ngertips touch
the oor for balance.
Continue to roll back and forth, stretching out your back through a full range
of motion.
