From the same position as the Chest and Back opener, extend arms directly
behind your head.
Place hands on the oor and bend elbows as you arch back as far as you
comfortably can
Roll forward, bending knees and extending arms so just your ngertips touch
the oor for balance.
Continue to roll back and forth, stretching out your back through a full range
of motion.
