What to do if I am unable to locate the QNAP TS 28A NAS during QTS installation?

If you are unable to locate the QNAP Storage NAS during QTS installation, it may be because the drives or data are faulty. To resolve this, power off the NAS, remove all the drives, and power it back on. Then, locate the NAS using Qfinder Pro or myQNAPCloud. After locating it, reinsert the drives and continue with the QTS installation.
