3. Category A NAS Models
This chapter uses the TS-453E as the representative NAS model for category A. The disassembly and
reassembly instructions, and the list of components and screws, are based on the representative
model.

While all NAS models in the same category share the same general structural design,
dierent models may have certain dierences in their parts and components in terms
of size, quantity, and other specications. For non-representative models in this category,

Disassembling the TS-453E
Before you start, make sure you read the Repair requirements.

2. Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
