What to do if Qfinder Pro or myQNAPcloud is unable to locate the QNAP Storage during QuTS hero installation?

If Qfinder Pro or myQNAPcloud can't find the QNAP Storage during QuTS hero installation, the drives or data may be faulty. To resolve this, power off the NAS, remove all drives, power it back on, locate the NAS using Qfinder Pro or myQNAPcloud, reinsert the drives, and then continue with the QuTS hero installation.
