Braking system
Check that the braking levers do not stick
while operating. Check the front disc brake
oil level (pag. 70), and that there is no
leakage in the circuit. Check the rear drum
brake adjuster tightening (pag. 72).
Throttle control Check the correct opening/closure
operation during the whole handlebar
rotation
Lights, warning lights, horn,
turn indicators
Check the right operation of visual and
acoustic devices
Steering wheel Check that the rotation is homogeneous,
smooth and play-free
Tyres Check the tyres right inflation pressure,
wear state, and any possible damage
Central / side stand Check that it operates properly, i.e. the
springs bring it to the rest position
Fuel tank Check the fuel level, any leakage and its
correct closure
Tightening elements Check that the tightening elements are not
slackened
