You must always check the brake fluid level before riding and in
accordance with the scheduled maintenance chart (see page 77).
Please note that the level of the fluid inside the reservoirs will
decrease progressively as the brake pads wear out.
Before topping up with new brake fluid, check the lining thickness of the
brake pad. If this is found to be below the minimum, please contact your
nearest Authorised Service Centre.
Rest the vehicle on its centre stand and on level ground.
Ensure that the brake fluid level is never below the minimum level marking.
