3. Connect each Expansion module (EBOD) using the provided 1m mini-SAS cable (see Figure 32 below
and Figure 33 on page 45).
a. Connect the SAS expansion port (Controller A) on the EBOD to SAS port 1 (Controller A) on the
next EBOD in the sequence.
b. Connect the SAS expansion port (Controller B) on the EBOD to SAS port 1 (Controller B) on the
next EBOD in the sequence.
