The middle reflection at the 2nd cursor is a partial short
followed by a complete open (end of the cable). The
more severe the fault, the larger the reflection.
Due to attenuation, the reflections caused by each
equally spaced taps are progressively smaller. A larger
reflection (2nd cursor) beyond a smaller reflection may
indicate an unterminated or faulty tap.
