6.4.7 Charging Reactor-Ready with thermofluid
Step 1
Ensure the drain valve on the lower supply manifold is closed.

ā– The lower supply manifold has been upgraded and now features a more compact drain tap, as
shown below.

Ensure the vent valve on the upper return manifold is closed.

Step 3
Start flow, and run the purge cycle on your thermoregulator for approximately 10 minutes at ambient
temperature to purge all air from the system.
During the purge cycle, keep a careful watch on all fluid connections to ensure there are no leaks. If
leaks are detected, switch off the thermoregulator and retighten the appropriate fittings.
