Note: E1 interface alarms include: LOS, AIS, LOF, RAL, LOMF, CRC and CRC LOMF
Optical interface alarms include: Optical LOS, Frame LOF , E-3 ERROR and E-6

Alarms include: E1 interface alarms and line-board alarms. There are E1 interface
alarms only when that E1 interface is used, so are line-board alarms.
